Ⅰ Meet customers' requirements for summer seedling and planting
The purpose of the glass greenhouse is to raise seedlings and maintain and replenish some flower potted plants. We designed a full glass greenhouse according to the customer's investment budget and requirements.
Ⅱ Overview of the glass greenhouse project:
1. This project is a Venlo greenhouse structure with a total construction area of 1536 square meters.
2. Greenhouse specifications: The roof is east-west, 5m high, the external sunshade is 1.5m high, the building is 12m wide, the span is 4m, the east-west direction is 48m, and the north-south direction is 32m.
3. Greenhouse covering material: The top and sides of the greenhouse are 5mm single-layer tempered glass, and the glass transmittance is more than 87%.
4. Performance indicators: Snow load: 0.25KN/㎡ Wind load: 0.45KN/㎡ Maximum rainfall: 140mm/h Power supply parameters: 220V/380V, 50Hz.
5. The design service life of the building foundation is 30 years, and the greenhouse frame is 15 years.
III. Greenhouse supporting system and specification parameters
1. Greenhouse columns 150*150*3.0*5000mm, greenhouse wind-resistant columns 50*50*2.0mm, 50*70*2.5 square tubes, diagonal pull is 40*40 angle iron mm, 4100*100*3.75 triangle plates, 10 L40*40 braces, angle iron butt welding, external sunshade columns and horizontal and longitudinal beams 50*50*2.0, and surrounding maintenance beams use 50*50*2.0mm.
2. Greenhouse supporting system, external shading system, internal shading system, top window system, fan water curtain cooling system, water curtain external vertical window system, top and surrounding glass covering.
