Production process

1. Design: Design according to customer requirements.

2. Structure cutting: According to the drawing requirements, the machine cuts the material with high accuracy and smooth cuts.

3. Small plates assembly: Weld the connecting plates sturdy and firm with high production efficiency and fast welding.

4.Riveting welding of structure: Welding shall be carried out according to the drawing requirements, and the product components shall be firm, tight, and stable, with high impact resistance, corrosion resistance, seismic resistance, and strong weather resistance.

5. Polishing and painting: Remove floating rust on the surface of the steel to increase roughness, so as to enhance the adhesion between the coating and the profile steel, and prolong the durability of the coating film.

6. Painting: Appearance is required to be even and nice with no sagging, bubbles and cracks on the surface .

7. Production of panel: According to customer requirements and drawings, use machine to operate with accurate size, beautiful appearance and durable quality.

8. Inspection: It will be done according to customer needs and drawings.

9. Production of C-shaped steel: CNC programming is used to set the hole spacing and length, and there is no burrs or binding. With high production efficiency, output is up to 5000m/day.

10.Production of composite panel : With fast production efficiency, we can produce 2000 meters per day.

11. Production of flashing: The machine is programmed and can achieve multi-automatic operation to complete one-step parts processing, to improve production efficiency.

12. Pre-assembly: Pre-assembly is carried out in the factory to ensure that the house will be installed well.

13. Finished goods storage: Maintain and inspect the finished products. We will inspect the completeness, clean them and check the list 7 days before shipment.

14. Packaging: All items will be put inside of the house, and the outside will be wrapped with a plastic film to ensure that there are no collisions during transportation and the goods are safe.

15. Loading: Before loading, the track is welded and the goods are pushed into the container. Then, the container and goods are fixed to ensure safety during transportation. During unloading, the goods are pulled out along the track, which can save time and labor.

Packing and loading

The transportion is shipped to destination by sea container, a 40HQ shipping container can carry two units of 20ft or one unit of 30ft or one unit of 40ft.

1. How Long does it take to build a prefab container house?
A: It depends on the size of the house. Generally, the construction period is around 3 days of a house by a construction team with 3-5 people. And just one day is enough to build the steel structure frame.

2. Would you send engineers to the site to guide for working when installed?
A:Yes, usually we will send one experienced engineers to the site.

3. How Long does it take to produce the hosue?
A: About 20-30 days accordingly.
