How to make a container house plan?
1. Set a budget
Before the container house floor plan starts, the first thing you need to do is to set a reasonable budget. Because modular container houses are mainly composed of steel structures, sandwich panels and simple electrical systems. So compared with traditional buildings, container houses are more economical. But it still depends on the location, size, design and function of your house. The size of each standard container unit is 5.95*3*2.8m, which can be used alone or in combination horizontally and vertically, with more space.
You need to measure the length and width of the land area first. Generally, the house area should not exceed 70% of the house area. For example, if your land area is 200 square meters, then the building area is preferably about 140 square meters. The area of each of our standard container houses is 18 square meters, so you can roughly calculate the budget of the house.
In addition, we recommend that you prepare an additional 20% budget as emergency funds. This is a budget reserved for unexpected delays and costs during construction. Or furniture and decoration, etc. The most important thing is that this budget is only the price of the house, not including shipping costs.
2. Understand your local building codes
Container houses are a very safe temporary building. All designs meet construction requirements. Generally, you can freely build container houses in your location. Of course, the requirements are different in different regions. It is recommended that you contact the local building department to learn the details of the building codes in your area.

The local rainfall, whether it rains frequently, we will provide you with professional roof design.
Whether it is in the city center or a noisy place, better sound insulation is needed.
Does it snow frequently in the local winter?
What is the maximum wind speed in the area, and is it necessary to resist wind?
Whether it is near the sea, the house needs to be treated with rust and corrosion prevention.
5. Design drawings and floor plans
